Terms of Service

By commissioning me, it means that you have read and accepted the terms of services written below.

General Terms

♡ All pieces produced will only be in digital-copy. I do not produce hardcopies + physical goods.♡ Visual reference is highly appreciated, especially for poses and placement.♡ Please refrain from rushing me.♡ Once I am done with your piece, I will upload it onto a google drive and the link will be sent to you as well. Please remember to download it within a week as I will delete them after a weeks duration.♡ I will only be able to complete your commission according to my style and not others. If you do not like the art style I have upon seeing the samples, please turn around and walk away instead.♡ I will not draw NSFW, gore, mecha, furries, bara, and human characters(for now).♡ I am only able to draw animals, pets, OCs, and Pokemon (this will be updated when I am able to draw other things)♡ The default size for normal pieces is 2000px x 2000px if you did not specify one.

Workflow

♡ The turnaround time for all categories will take about 3 days - 2 weeks.♡ If you are unable to respond within a week, I will put your request at the back of the list and proceed with others first.♡ In the moment where something urgent emerges, the commission may take 1 week longer than the turnaround time stated above.♡ There will be 3 phases for approval checking. The Sketch, the Lineart, and the Color.♡ It is advisable to confirm all details during the sketch phase as changing any parts in the lineart phase will be cause certain complications.♡ Once everything is approved and completed, the completed piece(s) will be uploaded on a google drive.♡ My commissions will be opened most of the times (unless it is full or when I am unavailable) but if I am busy, it will take a longer time.

Payment

♡ Accepted payment currency is USD only for international requests♡ I will accept payment through ko-fi and paypal!♡ Payment should be sent upfront. However, payments for $15 and above commissions can be sent after the sketch has been finalized.♡ I have a strict no refund policy. Therefore, you are advised to decide carefully before commissioning me. Also ensure that you either have parental consent to commission/you're not a minor and can be responsible with the money spent.♡ Additional objects or requests will cost you. Please make sure to read carefully before purchasinh.

Usage

♡ All commissioned pieces are strictly for PERSONAL use only! ((Unless mentioned otherwise))♡ Commercial commissions are accepted and prices can be discussed as well.♡ I will have 100% rights to post the commissioned piece on my social media as self promotion.♡ However, if you would like to keep your commissioned piece private ((e.x. not publishing it on my socials)), do let me know!♡ Proper credit is very much appreciated when used in any setting.♡ If you wish to use the commissioned piece for your stream/youtube, you are absolutely allowed to do so with proper crediting.♡ Any form of reproducing for the purpose of self-gain ((e.x. making of charms, selling, etc.)) is STRICTLY not allowed.
